Wendy Bauer leads 3M’s Transportation and Electronics Business Group, which includes the company’s advanced materials, automotive and aerospace, commercial branding, display materials and systems, electronics materials solutions, and transportation divisions. Prior to joining 3M, Wendy served as Vice President and General Manager, Automotive and Manufacturing at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she led the development and execution of AWS’s business, technology, partnering and go-to-market strategy for the global automotive and manufacturing organization. Before moving to the Technology sector in 2016, Wendy spent more than 20 years in various positions across the global automotive industry, including automotive OEM and Tier-1 supplier companies (Aptiv/Delphi, Eaton Corporation, DENSO and General Motors). Her global leadership experiences spanned Sales, Product Strategy, Business Development, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and more.
